Do not use Webcam Monster web services to spam others. Spam includes sending many identical unsolicited messages to others, or sending messages to the chat room over and over. If Webcam Monster feels you may be spamming your account will be disabled with no notice.

You may not use software other than the Webcam Monster software to connect to the Webcam Monster video chat network.
You may not use the Webcam Monster website, network or services to transmit viruses or malicious programs.
You may not use the Webcam Monster website or web services to damage the reputation of Webcam Monster ,Webcam Monster employees, or any Webcam Monster officers.
You may not use Webcam Monster to host your own pay video chat service for your website or business or your account will be cancelled. This besides of the professional video chat hosts that are working for Webcam Monster.
